Cash App and Dispute Claims.

• Prepare the DB and CFAR file with the help of the bank statement and share it with stakeholders.
• Post the amount to the customer account in cash apps.
• Construct an unidentified tracker and disseminate it to the collections and sales team, while posting to the customer account after identification.
• Clearing the payment transactions based on Remit, FIFO, and CNC strategies.

Fund Accounting Reconciliation.

• Working as an Intermediate Representative with the Fund Accounting Team, handling the reconciliation of cash and asset exceptions at both L1 and L2 levels.
• Responsible for daily reconciliation of cash and asset exceptions, including coding, commenting, researching, and raising queries to respective teams, and ensuring timely and accurate break resolution.
• Hands-on experience with reconciliation and reporting tools such as TLM (Cash and Asset reconciliation), Business Objectives, Invest One (for accounting report), Nexen (for custody report), ECRM (for query management), and actively working as an end user of Exceptor.
