• Maintains the highest standards of customer service by ensuring right and safe packaging before dispatch
• Good understanding of various Material Handling Equipment (MHEs) used in the Store/warehouse
• Keep track of, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Manage inventory accuracy via planned cycle count, monthly inventory reconciliation, inventory analysis and related reports
• Review & Analysis of previous month low productivity areas in the terms of PDCA

• Preparing Tax Invoice, Delivery challan, Returnable & Non-Returnable Challan in SAP.
• Planning of Dispatch of Finished Goods

• Send the daily dispatch plan to the production department and confirm the availability of material
• Monthly headcount planning as per the forecasted job volume & distribution of Manpower as per Job Volume

Logistics Management

• Handling 30 vehicle fleet, which are doing 35 trip per day
• Coordinating with cost effective transporters for seamless & timely pickup and delivery of orders
• Loading distribution system of fleet complying their area & route of operation, performance, physical availability, loading capacity and cost benefit with both company and client
• Conduct or review environmental audits for logistics activities, such as storage, distribution, or transportation
