I work closely with the Managing Director to design, implement, analyze and deploy business processes.
Making Strategic alliances being one of my key strengths I am responsible for directing my team of business development and sales executives to make strategic partnerships, vendor onboardings, identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients and services keeping short term and long- term objectives in mind.
Impact of recommendations which I proposed is helping company to get on its feet again after the lockdown and enabling it to achieve a profit in surplus of INR 3 lakhs per month.

Delaware North is ranked as one of the world’s largest privately held companies in food service management and hospitality services, working behind the scenes and making guest experience at global events the best it can be.
The nature of the job was to manage retail teams of 80-100, delegate tasks and oversee operations during global celebrity events and sporting events like the Australian Open, AFL etc.
Every day before the event were like undertaking a project with intensive planning, preparation, resource allocation and then executing it accordingly with uncertain variables and under fast paced high pressure environment.
Recognition as the best Team leader during the extremely challenging Australian Open 2020 is one of the key highlights of the career.
As this recognition implies excellent resource management, team management, leadership and communication skills.
It also implies on impeccable stakeholder management and customer service capabilities.
Training and development of staff and team members was an important function of this job for which I was responsible and relied for.

Melbourne based air conditioning contractor, specializing in high density residential, hotels, aged care and offices.
Recruited by the company for working on a project for duct and pipe insulation in HVAC systems.
The project requirements were to validate if the insulation requirements on pipes and ducts required by the National Construction Codes (Australia) justify the Return on Investment.
With an objective to reduce material, carbon footprint and costs.
Impact of recommendations that I proposed if approved by the Building codes Australia will save the company and many other HVAC contractors 6% of the existing cost of material.
Also, provide a better return on investment without affecting the efficiency of the existing system.
Sustainability and Reduced carbon footprint because of the proposed insulation thickness and material usage will be significant and considering entire Australia saving up on that much material consumption the sustainability impact would speak volumes.

Horizon Chutes Pvt Ltd

Leading garbage and linen chutes manufacturer and automated waste segregation systems manufacturer and exporter in India.
Brought in as a project engineer, was responsible for creating project plans and liaise between design and production teams to manufacture linen chutes and automated garbage segregation systems for hotels, residential and commercial buildings.
Company’s first ever automated waste segregation system was successfully executed by my team and I, where achieving highest level of sophistication within the budget constraints was a task.
Later, many such segregation systems were exported to countries like USA, Australia and Turkey.
Product development and process optimsation through simple design changes, process analysis provided the upper management with increased profits and scope for development.
Encouraging the use of new Enterprise Resource Planning software was my responsibility and I had to ensure that all business process right from the purchase requisition to final billing was done through the software.
