• Closely monitoring critical process parameter & in-process result in running Continuous process and highlighted if any deviation observed.
• Co-ordination with QC department for in process & finish product analysis.
• Handling of unit operations like Distillation,(Cryogenic), Compression, Cracking of off-gases like ethane, propane etc.
• Handling of equipments like Reactor, Compressor, pumps, Cracking furnace, Cryogenic Distillation columns, Evaporator etc.
• To access the maintenance / civil jobs & raise Work Orders & make follow up for the completion of the jobs.
• Highlight disciplinary issues to Shift In-charge for Production.
• To comply the Preventive Maintenance schedule & co ordinate with the Maintenance department.
• Working of all the operation with respect to SOP.
• Handling unit process like chlorination, Hydrogenation and Vaccum distillation in MCA(Monochloro Acetic acid) production.
• Also Handling the tank farm and storage of corrosive liquid such as Acetic Acid and Hydrochloride acid for better production.
• Sampling given on daily basis for quality in QC laboratory for finished products and goods.
