Developed and implemented process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
Responsible for checking and reconciling payments which were processed by treasury on daily basis and updating our onshore US team.
Maintain Bank Account master list for company which covers list of approx 9000 accounts hold by company across globe.
Provide support on preparing the reporting for compliance on bank accounts and
signatories.
Opening new account with Banks like BOA, JPM, BMO etc. and prepare all
paperwork for the same.
Entering new opened accounts in system called Kyriba and make sure to maintain the correct account details/information on internal portal called TBARS.
Responsible for provide/revoke/modify bank access of AJG employees across all the regions.
Reporting of accounts in Kyriba through banks for bank statement in different formats.
Part of internal audit team and focused on client satisfaction and delivery of work in given time.
Resolving queries for multiple branch and onshore team/clients.
Provide world class treasury services to internal and external clients.
Checking OFAC compliance of our vendors.
To be responsible for all payments and transfers/cash
transfers/intercompany payments/WIRES/ACH ensuring payments are made correctly in due time.
Working in Trintech, TBARS, BAT, BMC Remedy, D365 & Kyriba on CITRIX server paired with strong analytical skills to promote organizational success.
