Played a pivotal role in M&A processes, revamping performance management systems, developing e-learning modules, and organizing senior leadership offsites while collaborating closely with the leadership team.

• Collaborated with senior leadership on HR policy revisions for the Cigna-Manipal merger, ensuring a seamless process conclusion.
• Developed three performance management frameworks for three entities: Manipal Education, Healthcare, and the Head Office, which are still in use today.
• Responsible for Campus Hiring in 2019.
• Initiated and sustained the 'Manyata' rewards and recognition program at Manipal Hospitals, Delhi, significantly enhancing employee engagement.
• Designed and organized a 3-day offsite leadership program for Manipal Healthcare and Education leadership teams that received feedback: "Exceeding expectations and setting new benchmarks".
• Designed and launched 7+ virtual onboarding, and content/learning modules that became essential during the pandemic and beyond.
• Conducted POSH training to 4000+ staff at Manipal Hospitals Delhi, ensuring compliance within a very short timeframe.
• Established HR processes at the then new-launched Delhi office and contributed to HR audits.
