• Working in 3D and 1D Tolerance stack up analysis for Jaguar and Landrover's Special Vehicle Operations.
• Drove operational improvements by Analyzing and predicting stack-up on Product’s dimensions of Exterior Trims which includes Front Bumper, Rear Bumper, Side Cladding and Underclosures Assembly for fixing attachments areas (predicting shadowing conditions), 3D clearance (predicting interference conditions) and analyzing Gap/Flush for JLR vehicles.

• Worked in the DVA (Dimensional Variation Analysis) of Ford vehicle projects in Tolerance stack up, RSS, GD&T concept, Assembly flow process of manufacturing methods, OEM’s PLM software and OEM workflow.
• Worked in 3D Tolerance stack up analysis for Plastics (Exterior and Interior Trims), Sheet metal (BIW-Body) and Casting (Engine Parts) by using VIS VSA (Advance 3-D stack up software).
• Led team in creating Coordinate Cut Planes for Ford vehicle (Exterior and Interior) for Product development team and CMM team to check Gap/Flush.
• Worked on BIW Structure, Interior parts, Exterior trim parts, Engine decking, Pipes and Hoses and functional studies of Ford Automobiles.
• Worked flexible hours across night, weekend and holiday shifts.

⦁ Internship completed on supporting Tooling Domain for 407 Transition Program which includes CATIA Tooling model validation, provide solution for tooling issues (tool designs and validations) to supplier company and provide corrective actions to avoid problems in future.

• Developed internal processes for CATIA Tooling Model processes.
