This is very challenging and complex project since there are custom ERPs with very minimum knowledge and documentations, had to start from the scratch and requirements are not firm. As a PM, Identified the Business requirements, defined ERP strategies against complexities, determined the changes required, performed Impact Assessment, Identified and on-boarded right resources, developed project templates that was useful for other ERP teams.
