- Post disbursement Documents Follow up, Correction & Updation
- Trade advance statement updation & reconciliation
- Vendors, Dealers, Brokers Code Creation
- Develop & implement branch operations strategies to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
- Oversee branch operation, including customer service, sales, and financial transactions
- Develop maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
