Warehouse Manager at Yummy Valley is entrusted with overseeing the overall operations of both Kerala and Pune warehouses. Reporting to the senior management, the Warehouse Manager leads a dynamic team to ensure seamless coordination between various departments for efficient warehouse management.

Responsibilities:

Supervising inbound and outbound logistics, including offline and online processes.
Coordinating with internal teams such as sales, accounts, and logistics for streamlined operations.
Managing stock inventory, including receiving, inspecting, and recording inbound stock.
Ensuring compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles.
Monitoring daily and monthly reports, including sales returns and stock comparisons.
Overseeing reverse logistics processes and coordinating with relevant teams.
Handling billing coordination, including offline and online invoicing.
Implementing quality control measures and coordinating with customer service for resolution of issues.
Supporting team members in their respective roles and facilitating training and development .
Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Daily stock monitoring & updating in SAP.
• Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are
accurate
• Responsible to manage minimum and maximum inventory control in
warehouse.

initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and
personnel policies and procedure
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling
with data storage system.

Responsible for online sales: Coordination for packing and material
billing.

• Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly
basis.
• Daily warehouse inspection & reporting nonconformities & corrective
action plans.
• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to
ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
• Use space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently, making
sure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met
Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and
how the warehouse contributes to these.
• Respond to and deal with transporter communication by email and
telephone
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the
work environment, for example, ensuring that stock such as
chemicals and food are stored safely.
• Planning and coordinating pest control programs & corrective action
plans in warehouse.
