Project #1 - Citibank

  • Leading an MQ Build team consisting of 7 members and ensuring an appropriate level of messaging (MQ) support is provided to deliver the MQ setup to the client within the target timeline
  • Gathering requirements from the application team and building a complete MQ setup, including DEV, UAT, and Production phases
  • Tracking project status and presenting updates during weekly client calls
  • Installing MQ and applying the latest fix packs
