Client - Permata Bank

Requirement - Broadcast on special occasion like Birthday greetings to the end users.

Solution - Provide an input to the scheduler by uploading the CSV file with customer details (name and phone number) and scheduler date and time. The scheduler runs daily to check the scheduled date and time and triggers the birthday wish to the customers as per the country codes mapped to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Permata Bank to gather and define the requirements for sending birthday greetings via automated messages.
• Develop an interface for uploading CSV files with customer details and ensure proper data validation.
• Create and configure a daily scheduler to trigger personalized birthday greetings based on customer country codes and scheduled dates.
• Design dynamic message templates for personalized greetings and integrate with messaging platforms for timely delivery.
• Provide an administrative dashboard for managing file uploads, monitoring scheduled greetings, and tracking message delivery statuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to build the product roadmap and define the project scope.
• Proficient in Agile Scrum methodologies, including writing user stories, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and participating in Scrum ceremonies.
• Leading development teams and ensuring successful project deliveries through effective team management.
• Delivering key requirement documents such as BRD, FRD, Use Cases, and Traceability Matrix.
• Providing technical and functional support to development teams, while also training end users, and documenting training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gathered and analyzed business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of processes and objectives through cross-functional team collaboration.
• Assisted in preparing project documentation, including process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures, for streamlined workflows and effective communication.
• Supported senior business analysts, contributing to successful business solution implementation, and overall project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bridge between the bank and the customer in terms of banking and service. Become the primary banker for classic customers, maximizing their share of wallet through personalized service and engagement.
• Manage the Classic portfolio by acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with existing ones.
• Cross-sell relevant products and services based on customer profiles and needs.
