  • Maintained positive Seller Experience in BOM6 by improving receive compliance to 98% (in Apr'20) from 37% (in Jan'20) and reducing the duplicate defect from 38% to 2% over the same period.
  • Achieved an improvement in OOSLA Receive compliance for >5 days bucket from 6.33% (wk10) to 0.38% (wk12) in 2020.
