Program Manager -II, Amazon Development Center Ltd Mar 2017 Bangalore L5 (2022 - present):

1. Launched middle mile payment technology with self-invoicing in Australia, Mexico and Brazil to bring controllership and automation on payments processes for Amazon's middle mile partners in these countries. (~3mil usd annual savings).

2. Launched Telematics Solutions to track middle mile vehicles of Amazon in Emerging countries (Australia, Mexico, Brazil and MENA). This was a key scale enabler for ATS business to makes sure, we are able to track and trace our assets promptly to safeguard customer promises.

3. Launched Disruption Management Technology for middle mile vehicles in India and currently working on its launch in Emerging Markets.Estimated savings of ~3mil usd annually through transit time reductions and increasing customer fulfillment speed in middle mile network.

4. Launched Distance and Transit Time products in Emerging Markets to lay foundational requirement of automating route planning and vehicle scheduling.

5. Launched transit time and distance prediction technologies for middle mile customer in Australia, Mexico, Brazil and MENA.

6. Developed a comprehensive product roadmap for Amazon's middle mile technologies like Automated Payments, Telematics and Monitoring of middle mile assets, Distance and Transit Time, GeoSpatial, and We-Pay (middle mile technology for warehouse in-bounding through amazon vehicles), for India, Japan and Emerging Markets (MENA, Australia, Mexico, and Brazil).

Program Manager I:

1. Program Managed defect initiatives for RoW Network Operations Center for Amazon's Middle Mile Central Operations team to reduce DPMO by 200 points by building inhouse middle mile tools to automate tasks and reducing defects in disruptions management technology.

2. Led the launch of 47 sites including Delivery Stations, Sort Centers, and Fulfillment Centers in west region of India, as part of Network Design and Configurations team.

• Joined Amazon as an entry level associate and swiftly scaled up to be a SME of Middle Mile and Last Mile technology. Supported Sort Center, Delivery Station and Fullfilment center operations in navigating through day to day tech defects and drive programs to bring the same down.
• Handled high severity tech issues in India peak events and supported operations by working with devops and tech directly to mitigate these events and salvage virtually stuck shipments.
• Learned skill of writing automation scripts to automated vehicle scheduling and support operations during high severity issues.
