  • Managed multiple accounts (Fluor, Nissan, Celero) with thousands of backup clients across Windows, AIX, Linux, and MS Exchange platforms using IBM Storage Protect.
  • Performed health checks, automated backups, and monitored administrative processes (expirations, migration, reclamation, collocation, offsite vaulting, tape/media rotations).
  • Managed and maintained various tape libraries (IBM3494, IBM3576, IBM3583, IBM3584) and restored backed-up data as per client requirements.
  • Monitored logs, databases, and performed daily database backups; coordinated with system administrators to resolve IBM Storage Protect server issues.

Collaborated with team of 22 in the development of Sustainability Dashboard to support Deloitte’s sustainability goals. This tool quantifies technology's impact, tracks energy savings, CO2 emissions, and cost reductions in real-time. Our efforts have saved 10 metric tons of CO2, reduced 1,000 lbs. of e-waste, sequestered 200 trees, and saved $75M, fostering economic growth and improving quality of life.
