• To approve/reject hardware orders per criteria, manage software renewals and recharges, oversee CES admin compliance, ensure ServiceNow data quality, and perform periodic CMDB audits and updates.

• To handle complex technical issues, manages L1 escalations, performs advanced troubleshooting, and collaborates with development teams as needed.

Project 1: Network Access Control Support:

• To resolve NAC access and authentication issues, troubleshoot network device connectivity, and collaborate with IT teams to address network access control problems.

Project 2: Alaska Airlines:

• To manage access requests per policy, implement RBAC, maintain access logs, and revoke access as needed.

• To efficiently manage and resolve IT incidents to minimize disruption, streamline response, and guide teams; serve as the first point of contact for end-user IT support and issue resolution.

• To provide first-line end-user IT support, efficiently resolve issues, and manage incidents and service requests.
