- Maintain & prepare all SOP’s, WI’s ,OPL’s.
- Responsible for monitoring & verification of PDI & Dock Audit reports.
- Conducting trainings to production & quality associates for all quality concerns observations.
- Identifying Kaizen and 5S improvement and motivate zero level associates for small ideas for the same.
- Responsible to identify cost saving at various stages of manufacturing.
- To ensure good packing of FG products and 100% utilization's of boxes, polybags and containers.
