• As a Salesforce Administrator, I spearheaded the implementation and customization of a Hospital Management System on the Salesforce platform.
• Leveraging Salesforce's robust capabilities, I configured and optimized the system to meet the unique needs of healthcare operations.
• Key highlights of my role include designing custom objects for patient records, implementing robust user access controls to ensure data security, and integrating the system with external databases for seamless information exchange.
• Additionally, I facilitated the creation of tailored dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into patient care, resource allocation, and overall hospital performance.
• The project reflects my proficiency in utilizing Salesforce to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making within the healthcare domain.
• Developed Scenarios using Business Process Automation Tools
• Involving in the Data model design & Product Process Designing along with Team.

• Supporting training of AWWs and Supervisors in Information and Communication Technology enabled Real Time Monitoring (ICT-RTM).
• Monitoring usage of ICT-RTM by AWWs by using CAS Reports and follow-up on low usage.
• Supporting Block level ICDS officials on usage of CAS system.
• Created reports on progress made in achieving goals set by the regional joint director and CDPO(Child Development Project Officer).
