· Assessment of the ticket dump provided by the customers and determining the percentage of automation.

· Worked on automating the Employee Management Applications for revoking and giving access to employees which reduced huge human efforts.

· Going through the SOP document provided by client and preparing a PPD Document.

· Developing bots using UiPath in Test Environment and conducing demo to the customer.

· Testing end to end use-cases through in UAT and Deploying in Prod Environment.

· Creating documentations for developed use-cases and also responsible for making enhancement to the existing usecases in Production.
