Omni Service Scheduler:

Created the design and led the development of the omni services scheduler platform allowing the walmart customers book any walmart store service and schedule as per the slots available in the app. The project involves collaboration of 8+ services enabling them to build their workflows with no zero code and integrate seamlessly on the platform booking services.

W+ Week:

Leading the year-on-year development plan and execution of the w+ week initiative for the member engagement domain. Major responsibilities include requirements gathering, development plan documentation and driving the engineering execution, engaging with stakeholders from product, program to engineering leadership for a smooth wplus week experience.

• We faced single digit UI glitches during the entire event resulting in the GMV lift of 2.4%.

W+ Weekly Reservation:
Led the W+ Weekly Reservation Project, a complex and pivotal initiative involving coordination across various teams including Cart, Bookslot W+, and several other backend systems. Ensured 100% automation of the P1 flows and delivered under high pressure timelines.

Engineering Excellence:

I concluded a project aimed at slashing the build time from 14 minutes to 8minutes from the module. This was achieved by meticulously segmenting modules into carefully planned spaces, ensuring that related features were grouped together and capable of running on multiple CI/CD nodes simultaneously.

Android lead - MER:

As the Principal Lead for Member Engagement and Retention within the membership domain, I oversee the development of key functionalities. My team and I have successfully created the W+ engagement flows. The pages boast an impressive P95 latency of 99.5% and error rate of

Novice to Lead:

Joined Radius as a novice developer and in the 2.5 years moved on to become the lead of the android app development. I was entrusted with crafting the network and in-app-messaging features catering to real estate agents alongside their profile pages, serving as a standout feature for clients along with all the CRM flows.

APK Size Reduction:

Undertook the project to reduce the size of the app. With thorough examination and implementation of industry standards I was able to reduce the app size by 15%.

Performance Upgradation:

I managed the transition of the application from MVC to MVP architecture, resulting in a significant improvement in error-free performance from 92% to 98.5%. Utilizing libraries such as Dagger2 and RxJava and the design standards and principles, I enhance the app experience by reducing the network time. Additionally, I spearheaded the migration process to prioritize Kotlin as the primary language for development.

• As an intern, I worked closely with my mentor to bring down the size of the display driver configuration executable from 50MB to 7MB. I was tasked with the analyzing the existing configuration and looking out for space reduction possibilities.
