- Leading maintenance and operation of Rotary Kiln, Preheater, Alkali bag house, CF silo, Bucket elevator, Air slide, Aeration blowers and fans, ID fan, PA fan, Heat exchanger, VRM (coal and limestone), Reclaimer (coal and limestone), Stacker (coal and limestone),Apron feeder, Pump, Compressor, Screw conveyer, Gearbox, Bag filters and Bag house (coal and limestone), Universal passenger lift
- Vibration and lubrication monitoring of all the equipment's
- Involvement in the planning of spare parts
- Allocation of job to the man power
- Attending meetings with Higher Management for pre-planning activities
- Planning shutdown activities and creating Bar charts for the same
- Inspection of each equipment as per check list
- Maintaining technical documentation as per requirement of Head Works
- Plan activities for maintenance and shutdown
- Preparing estimation for jobs
- Knowledge of MM module in SAP
- In shift, handling maintenance of the entire plant
- Ensure availability of equipments
- Ensure best maintenance practices
- Effective utilization of manpower
- Plan activities for maintenance and shutdown of Kiln section
- Assist to Manager in Preparation of budget for maintenance and shutdown activities
- Work in a team and develop new innovations.
