Project Overview: A web and mobile-based Unified Communications (UC) platform that enables users to manage voice calls, instant messaging, video meetings, presence, contacts, and collaboration from a single application.

Key Responsibilities & Contributions:

• Designed and executed functional, regression, and integration test scenarios, ensuring application stability and quality across releases.
• Participated in requirement analysis and design discussions, identifying gaps and defining test scenarios to improve test coverage and reduce defect leakage.
• Identified, logged, and tracked defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution
• Conducted API testing using Postman, validating request/response, status codes, and data integrity
• Independently handled critical production releases ensuring smooth deployments
• Tested integrations across Web, Mobile, and Microsoft Teams platforms
• Ensured high product quality under tight deadlines
• Prepared QA reports including defect summaries and test execution results to support release decisions.

Project-2: Teams ZAC (Microsoft Teams Integration)

Project Overview: An enterprise communication application integrated with Microsoft Teams, supporting coice calling, chat and bidirectional presence synchrinization between ZAC and Teams users.

Key Responsibilities & Contributions:

• Executed functional, smoke, regression, and exploratory testing for Teams ZAC features.
• Validated Microsoft Teams integration with ZAC, including bidirectional presence synchronization between Teams and ZAC users.
• Verified basic audio calling between ZAC and Microsoft Teams users by registering external softphones and validating end-to-end call functionality.
• Performed end-to-end testing of user provisioning, device binding, and communication workflows.
• Logged, tracked, and verified defects using JIRA, collaborating with developers for timely resolution.
• Validated API responses using Postman to ensure backend functionality.
• Participated in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
