  • In the German marketplace, new legal regulations went forth, based on which textile-related ASINs in category HPC (Health Personal Care) had to be flagged with product-specific attributes such as material composition and material type. By analyzing and identifying the related total of 9142 products from a huge database, then gather the needed information from stakeholders and vendors, upload attributes, and build the tracker for future reference. It impacted presenting the correct details/attributes on the website, which contributes to customer satisfaction and Stakeholders of the retail team of Amazon’s German counterpart and given the impact of €90K~ annualized revenue savings per month for Amazon Germany. They have been awarded the “Extra Mile Award” for the same.
  • Audited invalid pull tickets and helped improve the actionable rate in the DE marketplace by 300bps (52% on Nov 19 to 55% on Jan 20). I got awarded the “Extra Mile Award.”
  • In Q4’20, across all market places, 720 products of category consumable and baby products had been affected with errors in catalog financial impact of around €2MM German Marketplace GMS(Gross Merchandise Sales). The problem was majorly caused by ‘wrong information on the website and tools error’ because items were not going live. By analyzing the data and deep diving to find the errors due to failures in uploading the attributes. Corrected the errors and uploaded the correct information. Also, Participate actively with WW stakeholders (Program owners, Business teams, Tech teams, Vendors and senior leadership) for giving the training about the tools and causes of errors. I raised cases manually and installed macro to avoid future errors. Based on the successful completion of catalog amendments for all these products for all the marketplaces. I got awarded the “Customer Delight Award.”
  • Consistently 9 months high performer in Amazon, bagging the monthly award and meeting the criteria of being in the top 20% in the scorecard.
