Heading a Transformation team of over 130 internal and external employees, spanning technical and project management roles, overseeing strategic initiatives worth €30M. These programs include Data Center Exits, GCP Cloud Migrations, and Technology Refresh Projects, driving financial, regulatory, and sustainability outcomes, all tracked as key milestones at the Executive Committee level. • Transformation Factory Optimization: Consolidated delivery operations, optimizing vendor revenue and reducing spend by €5M through shared resources and technical expertise.
• Cost Management: In-housed DXC-managed roles to avoid €1M in costs during funding constraints; restructured operations, cutting overhead and reducing vendor estimates by 10-20%.
• Contract Negotiation: Secured high-value contracts to maximize profitability, achieving €1.2M in first-year savings by migrating legacy infrastructure to DB-managed services.
