BAU (Business-as-Usual) Operations

• A KYC (Know Your Customer) Analyst primarily reviews documentation for “New-to-Bank” (NTB) customer and “Existing-To-Bank” (ETB) customer accounts and evaluates high-risk accounts and analyses as per One bank policy (SCB).
• Complete “New-to-Bank” (NTB) cases within Same day TAT.
• Sending Document Request for Existing-To-Bank” (ETB) customers based on country and group requirements in Before 90 days of Periodic Review date.
• Understanding the ownership structure, identifying the beneficial owner or nature person.
• Conducting Name Screening for our clients for the below: a. Entity/Client b. Account Signatories c. Board of directors d. Beneficial owner or Nature person e. Guarantors and Related parties.
• Conducting Sanction check against Individuals and entities on Global Name screening (GNS-RT), Verifying KYC documents of entity like Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
• In entity, director, authorized signatories, and shareholders anyone who has been entrusted with a prominent public function or Adverse media or negative news. Have to fill the PEP form or AMAF (Adverse Media Assessment Form) and send to Relationship Manager to confirm the risk and evaluate accordingly.
• Reciprocate with RM for any additional information.
• Identifying the customer’s risk level (Low, medium and High) and Reviews based on the Risk level.
• Perform case evaluation and risk determination of business Banking customers including customer Due diligence (CDD).
• Ensured that all documentation and data collection was complete or escalate to team lead where appropriate.
• Researched and documented evidence related to function, structure and ownership of client organizations in order to comply with global legislative and internal standards. Conducted research on clients and connected parties, including investigation of negative news in internet searches.
• Performed Sanctions screening and pep identification. Reviewed potential negative news hits.
• Worked with Relation managers/branches via email to retrieve required documents and information to complete customer KYC profiles.

Management & Leadership Activities

• Acting as a Backup for Line Manager and provide support wherever required.
• As an additional Responsibility, working on Authorized signatory update process by adding or deleting signatories based on new set of Board Resolution and Make the case approve within the TAT Time.
• Preparing Client and Daily MIS and tracking Overdue status on daily basis.
• Providing Training to New Joiners and supporting them in all aspects once they started their production.
• Participate on the daily calls with stakeholders along with LM for discussing action plans for NTB
• Tracking NTB and ETB cases for overall team and completing it before reaches due date and TAT
• Tracking daily attendance & Monthly leave details and send report to management
