• Started as a fresher from University of Calcutta with a Masters degree in Statistics.

• Responsible for reporting clinical trials for submission to health authorities in USA, Europe or Japan. Review and give statistical input for submission documents. Use SAS programming for developing and validating data and reports for clinical trials and ensure highest quality with zero errors.
• Handle and lead multiple projects simultaneously. Lead a team from India for timely and high-quality delivery and responsible for all communications from India to the global counterparts.
• Provide technical training to new-hires during their on-boarding. Mentor new-hires and be the go-to person for processes-related and technical queries.
