• Created project plan and maintained relevant documentations for partnership potential evaluation

2. Hormel Project Constellation

• Utilized Accenture Source & Procure Business Process Management Playbook and Hormel finalized process flows deck to design and map the identified 260+ Source to Procure processes on ARIS tool
• worked with Indirect Procurement team to develop a comprehensive training curriculum to upskill the organization and ensure continuous improvement
• Partnered with change management team to ensure Change Management best practices are applied during Operating Model roll-out
• Drafted training and communication content to ensure all parties involved within the process understand their responsibilities and support points within the new process

3. Business Development

• Additionally contributed towards client proposals for ADNOC, Etisalat, ITV, Bobst and Navistar

SAP S4 Hana - Gordon Food Services

• Actively conducted workshops and business process discussions with process leads to discuss and understand requirements, design RICEFW objects and review progress
• Assisted with the development of functional design documents, training materials and end-user documentation
• Prepared test plans, scenarios and scripts to ensure proper functionality of JIRA objects and custom reports and spearheaded user acceptance testing activities with stakeholders and project teams ensuring timely testing and deployment
