- Ensuring that the trades are matched/confirmed on CTM/Email (T+0) for APAC, EMEA and LATAM/CAD markets across Equity and Fixed Income for the good settlement.
- Assisted in allocating trades across Equity and Fixed Income in the relevant order management systems.
- Worked with traders to ensure trade details are entered accurately in the OMS.
- Handled the migration of India T+1 settlement cycle in our system.

- Responsible for identifying trades that require rebooking due to discrepancies in commission, fees, SD, etc.
- Responsible for managing the communication between the counter parties and the custodians.
- Following up on the process where the shares are on loan in sensitive markets.
- Co-ordinating with onshore team on the roles and responsibilities for the offshore team.
- Handling Buy-In emails of critical markets and where broker provides a Buy-In notice.
- Ensuring that FX is booked on all the trades within respective market deadlines.
- Co-ordinating with the traders so that the trades are booked correctly with respective market guidelines.
- Ensuring trades are settled on settlement date and following up with the brokers on failed trades.
