• Facilitated full prepayment processing for mortgages, ensuring thorough verification with ECH.
• Coordinated requests from Notary to PEGA for accurate mortgage repayment status.
• Interfaced with Hypos via PEGA to retrieve essential payment details.
• Generated final notes in PEGA and communicated results back to Notary.

• The integrated loan management system will deliver end to end workflow system to manage the Consumer loan operations (CLO).
• It will enable CLO to perform and track loan cancellation, Bill Payments, Loan evaluation, Fire Insurance coverage, Ad-Hoc creation and Loan Disbursement.
• The new system eliminates manual report generation and minimize data into SIBS and the new platform will completely do full loan settlement.

• As part of AMEX Corporate Wide Compliance & Risk Management (CWCRM) program, Compliance and Ethics Risk Assessment System (CERAS) is one of the major pillars supporting CWCRM.
• CERAS is divided into two parts Data Mapping and Risk Assessment workflows.
• Data is received from upstream systems and Compliance processes are mapped to various risk mitigating processes.
• Now, for every mapped Compliance process Risk Assessment workflow and business rules are used to calculate Risk Assessment score.

• Smart Claims Engine is an orchestration layer that calls discrete modules, each of which provides business logic needed to successfully, accurately, and completely adjudicate a claim.
• McKesson's ClaimsXten is a code Auditing tool for clinically based claims.
• As part of this project, we have worked on creating an adapter to Integrate PEGA Smart Claim Engine with McKesson's ClaimsXten so that claim data can be automatically passed back and forth between the two systems in real time or using batch processes.
