• Trade Management & Reporting- Ensuring the trades released from the client's end have been received, matched, and settled on time. Providing updates to the client daily on trade settlements with reasons for pending trades and failed trades.
• Reporting - Providing broker information and client references on Non receipt of funds, advising on Response required on client holdings, advising the client on subscription and redemption of specified account.
• Income - Detail Investigating of interest payments, dividend payments & principal payments to clients accounts based on the market announcements, account holdings and maturity dates by reviewing in various applications.
