Placed adequate back up measures to tackle the exponential spread of Covid 19. Carried out the event to a smooth end, despite 30% team strength reduction due to Covid 19 and additional, last minute client requirements to mitigate risk for crew members.

Led ground transportation for the 1st ever Bio Bubble event in India and in UAE amidst the global pandemic.

• Directed technological improvements, reducing pilferage and payment cycles.
• Worked closely with admin and production teams of roughly 45 companies over the span of 2 years.

About the Company : A Cloud Kitchen serving healthy food that was tailored to individual client requirements considering their Health/Fitness Goals, Active Routine, Body Composition Stats and Medical Profile.

Role :

• Applied knowledge grasped from Pharmacy curriculum along with Sports Nutrition Course and Fitness Training Course to become a One Stop Solution for the fitness requirements of clients.
• Devised a business model to supplement FitFood clientele with Nutritional and Workout Counseling.
• Studied market trends to determine optimal pricing of goods and services and to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Established and administered annual budget with controls to prevent overages, minimize burn rate and support sustainability objectives.
• Improved supply chain to reduce materials costs and optimize distribution.
• Executed operational strategies like operating also in non-restaurant hours that is from 6 AM to Midnight to pull in the health conscious, office going clientele daily.
