• Preparation of monthly company & brand level PL and presented monthly financial reports to senior management, highlighting variances and key insights

Financial Reporting :

• Handling monthly, quarterly & yearly closing of books of accounts in line with agreed timelines
• Preparation of Financials as per IndAS for year end along with complete Notes to accounts
• Ensure all Holding company's requirements are fulfilled as required from consolidation perspective
• Conducting & driving monthly Balance sheet & P&L review with CFO
• Collaborate with Corporate Secretarial team to ensure all deliverables for the quarterly & yearly Board meetings are met.

Audits along with compliance of Internal Financial Controls:

• Handled Quarterly Limited Review & Annual Statutory audit and ensured closure of the same well ahead before Board Meeting date
• Handled and coordinated for Internal audit by resolving and closing as much as observations by connecting with respective departments so that no or negligible critical observations are taken to Audit committee & Board
• Ensure Risk and Control Matrix framed in terms of IFC is complied with and any updation required in it are made with changing business scenarios
• Have taken initiatives for change in existing processes wherever required

Costing :

• Reconciliation of material cost on a monthly basis
• Ensuring Inventory is being provisioned for by adhering to Inventory Policy being followed
• Inventory provision movement & Inventory levels being tracked on monthly basis and highlighted to the concerned team and management whenever required
• Constantly keeping track of CoPE items and highlighting the risk on a timely manner
• Preparation of data for cost audit and coordination with cost auditors for completion
