• Moved to another unit of Citigroup US where we need to analyze the interest change on customers loan account, and in case of increasing change of interest rate, discount points, tax, we need to intimate customer by issuing letter from system Also need to coordinate with teams like CMI, HLO etc, in case of customer consent, changes if beyond 3 days, closing date issue and any other loan related issues
