Requesting daily update on the pending vehicles from the dealership and writing mails to CCMM in case of diagnosis/parts support

weekly visiting and coordinating with CCM and managers for pending vehicles in the dealership

Once receive quote for the vehicle repair, negotiate with dealerships and giving approval to start service and repair vehicles

monthly Sharing the bills and payments receipt for the Happay settlement for the credited amount

Procuring the parts and other requirements for the workshop

Identifying the vehicles which is due for renewal and sharing with Finance.

Identifying the vehicles which is due for renewal and sharing with respective location maintenance team.

Initiating claim and sharing filled claim form and required documents to the Allotted surveyor

Weekly identifying the vehicles which is due for service and sharing with dealership for appointment

Sharing monthly reports consumption details vehicle wise trip activity,balance,recharge with accounts and ops team

coordinating with ops team to rectify the issue/ aligning the vehicles to the dealership/assisting spare/replacement vehicles

Daily sharing the vehicle status report with maintenance head and ops head

Deploying the vehicles and Drivers for the respective routes received from the clients.

Updating daily trip details and driver attendance to the site manager.

Tracking & updating the Employees pickup & drop confirmation.

Having daily ground team meeting and briefing session with the drivers regarding safety protocols.
