Project: PenFed Credit Union (PenFed Bank) is one of the largest fedral credit unions in the US,providing a wide range of financial services including savings and checking accounts,loans,credit cards, and mortgage solutions to members worldwide,with a strong focus on customer service and competetive financial products.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily manual testing of PenFed Bank marketing web pages, including landing pages, banners, forms, and promotional campaigns.
• Validate stage and production deployments to ensure content, layouts, and functionality match business requirements.
• Verify CTAs (Apply Now, Learn More, Join Today) for correct redirection, tracking, and user flow.
• Check content accuracy, including text, images, offers, interest rates, disclaimers, and legal compliance.
• Test UI elements such as alignment, fonts, colors, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ensure campaign rules are correctly implemented for different user journeys and eligibility criteria.
• Identify, log, and track defects in JIRA with clear steps, screenshots, and severity levels.
• Re-test fixes and perform regression testing after each deployment.
• Coordinate with developers,marketing teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues quickly.
• Follow banking compliance and security guidelines during testing.
• Maintain test cases, checklists, and daily test status reports.

• Project: Bank of Montreal.
• Project Description: Payment Service Hub PSH (Payment Service Hub) process and monitors the payments that happen between the two customers/Financial Institutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyzed business requirements, Functional specifications and Use Cases, prepared Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scenarios and Test cases.
• Developed test code by utilizing the Selenium/WebDriver framework with Java using Eclipse IDE to create regression tests along with integration and functional testing for a Banking software to process and monitor the payments.
• Converted 600+ manual test-cases into an automated test which resulted in a 60% reduction in manual effort.
• Managed defects by tracking it using HP-ALM and JIRA.
• Test data for a newly implemented interface with all functional coverage.

• Project: Roger Communication
• Project Description: Rogers Communications is one of the largest providers of wireless, cable, internet, and television services in Canada and the role included testing the client portal fully for smooth functioning.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Logging and verifying the telephone number is registered or not under telecom operator.
• Verifying plan chosen by customer display on billings.
• Prepare test cases for every problem scenario.
• Preparing defect Report and assigning the defects to the developers.
• Perform functional testing, regression testing, Ad-hoc Testing’s.
• To make sure that testing is well defined, planned and executed. I do this by ensuring that every phase and feature of the software is tested and that any potential issue is identified and fixed before the product goes live.
