• Led pilot transition project to perform TOD and TOE reviews and implement transition methodology to effectively change the model from onsite testing to offshore testing.
• Was deputed at an esteemed client location in Moscow, Russia for 1.5 months during July-Aug 2018 and led the project along with the Manager to understand business processes and perform peer reviews onsite.
• Delivered adequate testing, high-quality documentation, and control testing results to the Management.
