• Quality Assurance and Control

Other prime responsibility is to thoroughly review & provide feedback for various financial deliverables that we provide support on to our clients (i.e Financial Advisors in US)

• Quality Audits

Team is responsible for conducting various random audits & checks so as to ensure that everyone is working in the best interest of the company

• Trainings

On an ongoing basis, we provide support to the production teams by conducting various trainings & knowledge enhancement sessions to impart the new & existing employees with the required level of knowledge & expertise & to update them about recent changes & developments in the compliance & statutory requirements, market & products (along-with the Training team)

• Miscellaneous

Time to time we conduct various activities across the process to ensure that system is fair for all the employees & is not biased toward a specific group of people. Also, we provide support to the senior leadership team by preparing & floating various useful reports on regular basis to update them about the overall trend with respect to quality level of new as well as existing employees, for performance evaluation.

• Project - A Study on the effect of “ skillinabox ” in enhancing the skills & employability
• Developing different aspects of advertising and how the company can aware large number of customers
• Talking to the different leads and convincing them to buy the products
• Formulating and discussing the different strategies on how to make the customers aware about the products
• Making different sales strategy for generating the leads and converting them.
