  • As soon as the fresher’s batch was inducted into the organization they are supposed to complete 1 Month of extensive training for the entire US Staffing process and about the organization’s compliances, metrics.
  • Once completed the training, they were promoted to “SourceCal” program where I was working closely with all folks to make them understand what type of business we do and categorize them according to the expertise of the individuals.
  • Getting the team to participate in how to look for relevant candidates and getting them mapped with various recruiters leads to active sourcing. Also conducting performance evaluation and getting them mapped in core teams as full-fledged recruiters experience of working across industries.
