1. Integration of the Northwest and Delta Frequent Flyer Programs: The project was implemented in 9 months, resulting in the creation of the largest Loyalty program in the world at the time. The new SkyMiles platform supported 80 million customer records at the time of implementation. I led the execution of the IT services which integrated the new Loyalty system with Digital and other (Kiosks, Reservations etc.) channels.
2. Implementation of the first paid seats product (Preferred seats): Led the first paid seats IT project in 2011. This allowed the airline to "sell" seats, contributing 100's of millions of dollars to the revenue since 2011.
3. Implementation of the SkyMiles "Revenue Based" Accrual and "Dynamic Redemption" model: The multi year project executed the first of its kind- revenue based model to earn miles, as well as a dynamic pricing model for mileage redemptions. An industry leading concept, which was subsequently adopted by most US carriers.
