

I'm a NOC L1 Core Network Engineer with had over half a decade of experience worked at Huawei Technologies(Vodafone Qatar) (2019-2024), I’ve been immersed in the fast-paced telecom world, tackling challenges and contributing to the smooth functioning of telecom networks.
My journey started with a Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering from P.V.P Polytechnic, where I graduated in 2018 with a GPA of 7.6. Since then, I’ve built a strong foundation in network basics and elements, which has been instrumental in my career. I take pride in being a quick learner and someone who adapts seamlessly to new environments. Whether working on technical projects or collaborating with my team, I always strive to bring my best to the table.
Beyond my technical expertise, I enjoy working with Microsoft 365 tools like Excel (including macros and VBA), PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI. I find these tools incredibly useful for solving problems, simplifying processes, and presenting data in ways that make an impact.

• Expertise in core nodes and fault management for Cisco, Alcatel, Huawei, and Nokia nodes, including MSC, MGW, STP, PCRF, and IMS.
• Proficiency in TDM, BICC, SIP, ISUP, and EPC call flows, along with experience in CDR trace analysis.
• Skilled in traffic rerouting through secondary carriers when necessary.
• Hands-on experience with command-line operations for Cisco, Nokia, and Huawei nodes.
• Troubleshooting core KPI and HC reports related to core node parameters.
• Preparing weekly and monthly network performance and ticketing tracker reports for customer meetings.
• In-depth understanding of PS core nodes: PS/EPC(MME, SGW, PGW, SGSN, GGSN, vMME, and vGW) 5GC/NGC(AMF, SMF, UPF, PCF, NRF, AUSF, NSSF, UDM, NEF)
• Supporting planned and emergency change activities, including pre/post-checks and issue resolution.
• Resolving customer complaints for mobile network and PBX/fixed-line services.
• Managing roaming-related issues, including outbound CFR, ShortCall, ASR session creation failures, and LU failures. Identifying carrier/RP issues and coordinating resolution using failure call samples and CDR analysis.
• Developing automation for core node health checkup reports using WeAutomate and Excel VBA macros.
• Preparing special monitoring reports (KPI, HC, Alarm Monitoring) for events and on-demand scenarios.
