HealthyMD is an online healthcare platform offering at-home sexual health testing, virtual consultations, and pharmacy integration. It provides two main portals:

• EMR Portal (for healthcare staff): Designed for providers, case managers, patient services, compliance teams, and Rx services, with role-based access control.
  Manages appointments, patient records, questionnaires, insurance documents, prescriptions, and video consultations.
  Enabled workflows where case managers handle initial patient intake, and providers conduct virtual visits, order lab tests, and prescribe medications.
• Patient Portal: Allows patients to register, book appointments, view test results, medications, and insurance details.

Key Contributions:

• Developed and optimized EMR workflows for appointment lifecycle management, including intake, prescriptions, rapid tests, insurance uploads, and telehealth sessions.
• Integrated with third-party services such as Truepill Pharmacy and Charm for prescription and lab order management.
