• Conducted internal audits across Modern-trade, , Wholesale, and Marketing departments of India's high-end FMCG; Determined financial, operational, and reputational risks in addition to detection of fraudulent activities within the organization, suggested alternatives and recommendations at various process levels.
• Conducted 10+ stakeholder discussions & fieldwork at various plants & cross-functional recommendations to significantly improve operational efficiency.

• Audited a diverse portfolio with a clientele valuation of over Rs2.5B across e- commerce, educational, media, charitable, finance organizations by working through strategic comprehensive audit plans
• Performed walkthrough to understand client business processes and identified key improvement areas leading to streamlined audit activities for clients within a time constraint.
• Finalized the ICFR reports by reviewing and testing on significant internal controls mentioned in RCM
• Conducted physical verification of inventory regularly by executing cut off procedures stock count etc.
