Role Details: 1) Collect the data of resources and OPEX consumed In Lat year 2018-19.Put this data in tabular format to ease calculation 2) Identify current resources and cost consuming for Operation and put data in tabular form 3) Identify Chronic zones where high cost and resources required,also identify silent zone resources and the budgets utilization and prepare cost sheet 4) Identify time for which silent zone resources can be moved to chronic zone and other project, calculate the saved cost ,based on period and cost of the resources. 5) Compare the cost with previous Year and make sure that the budgeting cost is less compare to previous Year. 6) Move the idle resources to new Projects bases on their Skills

Objective: Cost and resource optimization by automation for fault and incident management

Role Details: 1) Identify the key stakeholders and arrange the brain storming session to understand the current fault management process. 2) Identify Scope for automation and improvement to reduce manual Intervention 3) Prepare Unified model for suggested automation process and make it understand to IT team. 4) Take Go ahead from respective stake holder and management to impalement new model of automation. 5) Support IT team to understand process and technical flow for successful implementation of mobile application.
