Head of Quality, Expert in AMR robotics & certifications, I am responsible for establishing and driving the complete quality function of AMR ROBOTS (OEM) and the organization. My role includes managing QMS and certification like ISO3691-4, CE/UL, and establishing the Robots test environments with Test cases till the dispatch activity , enhancing international Robot quality supplier quality, incoming, in-process and final inspections, CAPA, RCA, audits, process improvements, customer quality requirements, and cross-functional quality initiatives. I work closely with Design, Production, Procurement, and Service teams to ensure product quality, process compliance, and customer satisfaction while continuously improving manufacturing performance and reducing quality risks

• Established a own startup independently in the year of 2013 @domain " After the market service" ( Repair & Refurbishment) with an initial investment of 3 lakhs and began with just 02 employes, with risk and hope established the required infrastructure , process, deployed resources etc....later in the year 2018 the company got incorporated.
• Solely achieved to bag the 2 International and 4 domestic B2B clients totally over the period of 2014-2019
• Revenue Generation: Within a 1.5 year, managed to grow the company's revenue to 1.2 crore P.a.
• Built a team of 42 employees on an avg within a year of time period., This includes in-house and field engineers and sales support staff and software developers, indicating proficiency in both technical and non-technical domains.
