It provides payment processing, merchant, and related payment services to financial and non financial institution in the United States, Europe, Canada, Mexico, and Internationally. TSYS make it possible for millions of buyers and sellers to move money around the world through support of Issuing Services, Prepaid Solutions, Acquiring Services and Merchant Solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with stakeholders to fully understand business needs in order to gather and document business requirements
• Work on design & Implementation for new and existing working
• Documenting the requirements in the form of user stories
• Creation of Use Case, Flowcharts and Mock-ups using lucid chart and MS Visio to analyze and validate the business requirements
• User Story, Change Request & Bug creation in Product Backlog under JIRA Project Management Tool
• Creates the design page that contains the endpoint details rest resource path, request and response parameters and data mapping page that illustrates about the type of data and value against the request and response parameter
• Validates developed solution using Rest API's through Postman and Mobile app against the business needs
• Works with Customer Support to provide Training and Documentation like User Manual & Training Videos to confirm how the software functions will work.

Project (Wind & Solar Forecasting and Scheduling in terms of Power)

Domain- Power and Energy

50 Hertz limited is a software and service company which offers wide range of solutions such as Enterprise level Decision Support System for Power Utilities to manage and optimize power procurement and cost, providing Short Term Forecasting and Scheduling Services for Wind and Solar Power

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with stakeholders to fully understand business needs in order to gather and document business requirements
• Elicit customer requirements against existing business and system processes
• Work on requirement gathering, design & Implementation for new and existing working
• Documenting the requirements in the form of BRD, SRS, FRD as well as user stories
• Creation of Use Case, Flowcharts and Mock-ups to analyze and validate the business requirements and taking sign-off from the clients to meet the business requirements
• User Story, Change Request & Bug creation in Product Backlog under JIRA Project Management Tool
• Controls all changes through a change request process, assessing the impact of requirement changes and tracks all change requests in change control log
• Coordinating with Product implementation team and provide requirement understanding if there is any discrepancy
• Works with the QA to ensure that that test scenario and test cases are based on the business and system requirements
• Work in Agile environment with all concerned stakeholders to accelerate business processes
• Representation of Sprint Review-Progress status report to project team and stakeholders
• Facilitated UAT and obtained sign off from client
• Works with Customer Support to provide Training and Documentation like User Manual & Standard Operating Procedure.

Project (ERS (Electronic restaurant services)

Domain-Food Chain Industry

One of the primary project of Altametrics providing different modules to clients as per their requirements that includes labor, HR, Inventory, Cash and sales, and other modules. Worked for offshore clients such as McDonalds, Sarku Japan and Pizza Hut etc.

Responsibilities:

• Worked closely with Product Control to review, evaluate IT changes & customizations as per the requirements
• Mockup design for new change requests, enhancements and the functionality design documents
• Created SOW, business process diagrams and process flow charts using MS Visio
• Review the test cases and scenarios, created by QA team
• Integration and regressive testing of different modules
• Deliver service and support to clients using phone, via remote connection or over the email
• Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications
• Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
