• Having good Knowledge in all types of woven Fabrics (Oxford fabrics, poplin fabrics, Linen fabrics, fil-a-fil, Hand looms, Power loom, Auto loom fabrics, Denim fabrics, Chambray fabrics, Corduroy, Twill fabrics, Swade fabrics, printed fabrics, Rfd, Dobby fabric, jacquard fabric, Satin fabric, Nylon fabric, Indigo fabrics, all solid, stripes & checks)
• Having good Knowledge in interlining cloth (woven fusible& non fusible)
• Having knowledge about fabric Washing /shrinkage/shade/quality check
• About fabric details counts/constructions/finish/weave/GSM/composition/product/pc dyed & yarn dyed etc. & taking care of all fabric Quality issues from cutting to finishing.
• About purchase: Knowing purchase orders (Fabric & Trims purchase,)
• About suppliers: good communication with supplier.
• Knowledge in Fabric design, shade, and quality, sample Desk looms & bulk approvals.
• Knowledge in software functions (ERP software's & Opta Cut)
