- As a Manager directly responsible to manage the day-to-day operations
- Accountable to facilitate the services for the patient and internal customers
- My job responsibilities involved monitoring, organizing the work force, coordinating the overall performance of the Floor through KRA’s of PRE and delegating responsibility to them and regular feedback from them
- Ensure to happen doctors counseling to the patient attendants by the primary and cross consultants by early hours in the morning
- Ensure to maximum utilization of Beds by increasing the following quality indicators like BTI, BOR and decreasing the ALOS
- Responsible for conducting regular weekly departmental review meetings and documenting for the same to increase the 'Net Promoter Score'
- To increase NPS, very closely addressing patient issues and resolving in timely 24/7 and supporting patient attendants in getting financial support from insurance and corporate departments
- Responsible for providing administrative support to team of Doctors, Junior Doctors and other supportive service dept
- In increasing the patient care process
- Responsible for disciplinary grievance handling, patient handling related issues, housekeeping and other issues
- Preparation of duty roasters and provision of alternative arrangements of staff in case of leaves of staff or extra ordinary emergency
- Contribute, as part of the multidisciplinary team, to the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures, standards and protocols
- Responsible to follow the Executive walker rounds along with all the Dept
- HOD’s weekly and to close the issues related to their Dept
- As soon as possible by involving the Clinical Administration and IP Operations Manager
