- Lead daily sunrise meetings including Red Bin Analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain Production, rejection, breakdowns tracking documents, Hold monitoring document, action distribution & robin analysis with action monitoring documents.
- Managed and coordinated manpower and shift schedules to ensure efficient Operation of production lines and timely completion of manufacturing targets.
- Maintaining the documents for company employees and contract employee’s skill matrixes, attendance and over time.
