• Has started construction of a steel plate processing joint venture in India to meet the increasing plate demand for the construction machinery sector.

Role and Responsibility/Achievements

• Raw material planning for all projects I have been in charge to maintain the stock at our end
• Based on our business plan requirements from the PPC department
• We have the process Primary, secondary, welding line, and Shot blasting and Painting processes
• In the above process, I have been working with all internal departments to meet our customer requirements against the company’s targets
• To enhance the process flow improvement tools 5S and kaizen utilizing to follow by all employees
• I did both to contribute to the company's process improvement and cost-saving projects
• 50000Ton cut process capacity yearly raw material cycle of the process to feed to line process flow monitoring daily, Weekly, and monthly requirement
• I played a major role playing to make the company's annual turnover to 500Hurdred crore
• During the development stage Caterpillar and Larsen& Toubro were the only customers handling during the period of 2012 to 2014
• After that we got an order from Kobelco Construction Company in 2014 and 2015 Tata Hitachi, Liugong, XCMG, VESTAS, AND Doosan
• Our company has many awards for supplier-end delivery performance, Quality, New product development, and Export product performance among other competitors

Achievements

• Since 2009, I have been selected for the first interview. I was selected as a trainee.
• I learned how to make feasibility studies and sketches for the manufacturing industry that were needed to make the Foundry, Fabrication, and Machining process knowledge expertise.
• Process flow for the products and how to make flow-based operations sequences expertise.
• Sales, Quality, manufacturing, Purchase, Design, Cad Cam, and Logistics how to work with interdepartmental against our company target to drive and contribute.
• Inventory management based on the customer delivery date. Drive has been driven through raw materials, BOC, Supplier supply, and Internal vendors make to stock the material based on the processing time we were fixed parts and Sub assembly Quantity maintained in the assembly area and store.

Roles and Responsibility

• Obtaining orders of sales from the sales departments and receiving consents for production
• Planning, Methoding, Scheduling and Monitoring & Subcontracting
• Study of drawings, Specifications, and Bill of Materials
• Preparation of raw material requirements (Plates) and Purchase Technical Specification (PTS) for forgings during the initiation of the procurement activity
• Preparation of fabrication and machining components sketches/drawings using AutoCAD for easy execution of jobs
• Preparation of manufacturing schedule for the execution of Projects
• Designing of jigs and fixtures to reduce the production time
• Preparation of yearly, monthly, and weekly plan reports
• Coordination with inter-department/customer
• Dispatch Planning (Packing, Logistics (National & Exports) activities)
• Coordination with Engineering, Purchase, Manufacturing, Quality & Cost Control departments
• Inspect/arrange for Inspection prior to dispatch
• Preparing sequence of execution by making individual assemblies, and sub-assemblies & obtaining product's final shape using ORACLE –ERP
