Description: Tailoring multiple modules, such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, email notifications, and catalog items.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Developed a custom application featuring comprehensive service and resource specifications, alongside structured tables, fields, and workflows through Flow Designer.
- We have used client scripts, business rules, UI actions, script includes, UI policies, Flow Designer, related lists, customization, applications configuration, scripting, exception processing, validation, usability, interfaces, etc.
- As per Agile methodology, we worked in sprints and stories, scrum calls, iteration calls, and retrospective meetings.
- Interact with clients to share progress on development and collect insights.
- Implemented email scripts for monitoring SLA (Service Level Agreement) conformity and dispatching alerts to stakeholders prior to SLA breaches.
- Streamline set capturing and migrate customizations to various instances using source control.

Client: SSP.
Description: SNOW is an internal portal for employees where they can raise any kind of requests and issues.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Designed service catalog items, order guides, record producers, variable sets, UI policies, data policies, UI actions, client scripts, script includes, and business rules to streamline ITSM processes.
- Administered update sets for securing and migrating customizations between different 04/2021 - 04/2022 [24]7.ai instances.
- Created response and resolution SLAs, with integrated email notification strategies.
- Constructed UI forms, variables, and variable sets for service catalogs, and record producers.
- Orchestrated workflow for service catalog creation. Facilitated user request submissions in a catalog tailored to unique needs.
- Modified applications, tables, fields, and workflows. Leveraged UI action, script includes, UI policy, and import set transform maps.
